Commercial Installations

We also carry out specialist window and door installations for commercial projects, delivering the professionalism, quality, and reliability required for larger-scale developments. As a CHAS Elite accredited, Constructionline approved and FENSA registered contractor, we are experienced in working on sites where safety, compliance, and programme delivery are essential.

VELFAC/RATIONEL installation

Our general installation service is designed to ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and in full accordance with DOVISTA installation requirements.

This service includes:

Site horizontal distribution of windows and doors
Supply of materials required for successful installation, including:
- Standard bracketry
- Standard fixings
- Plastic framing packers
- Compriband TP600 external seal
- Expanding foam to the perimeters of units
- Perimeter seals
- Mastic to cill edges
Correct installation of products in accordance with DOVISTA guidelines
Fixing of all DOVISTA supplied aluminium cills, handles, cylinders, top hat and corner pressings
Cleaning up of waste and debris, collected to a central location on each floor
Sequential handover following installation

Alongside our installation service, we can also provide a range of supporting works to ensure every project runs smoothly and the final finish meets the required standard.

Survey of existing openings to ascertain and agree prepared structural opening dimensions
Supervision of offloading of deliveries
Checking and reporting of transport damage and quantity discrepancies
Removal of existing windows and doors and preparing the openings
Supply and installation of EPDM
Supply and installation of internal air seals
